"This Marine Corps soldier with a flamethrower is part of the McFarlane's Series 1 "Call of Duty" collection. It commemorates the battle of Peleliu, one of WWII's most controversial engagements. In 1944, U.S. forces fought to capture an airstrip on the small coral island. Used extensively by the U.S. Marines during WWII, backpack-type flamethrowers were key in clearing the opposition's trenches and bunkers. Rendered in 6" scale, this soldier measures 5.5" at the top of his helmet. He is articulated at the neck, shoulders, wrists and waist. This collectible package includes a removable M2-2 flamethrower with removable flame, M1911A1 pistol, and a custom base with the "Call of Duty" logo. Dimensions in box: 12"H x 7.5"W x 3"D. Weight in box: 8 oz."
